    Holds ultimate accountability for standards, talent management, team development, and networking to drive growth.

    Logistics Manager

    Leads meetings, motivates the team, sets expectations, and ensures accountability across the operation.

    Developmental Manager

    Oversees onboarding, advanced training, role-play sessions, and performance initiatives. King of the Throne.

  4. 04

    Team Trainer

    Trained to run Days 1–10 of onboarding, conducts scenario training, and delivers specialized coaching.

    Team Captain

    Leads by example, motivates and inspires peers, and holds the team accountable.

    Team Leader

    Lives our values and has completed all scenario training. Able to bid jobs at a high level.
