Week 1

Discovery

Design

  • Custom typography pairing and color system
  • Hero direction with two options to choose from
  • Component library covering every page type
  • Mobile-first design at every breakpoint
  • Final design approval before a single line of code
Week 3

Build

Custom Next.js front end. Edge-deployed on Vercel. Structured data, performance, accessibility, and tracking wired the right way the first time.

Deliverables
  • Full Next.js 16 build with React 19 and Tailwind v4
  • Structured data on every page (Schema.org)
  • Core Web Vitals: green LCP, CLS, INP
  • Integrations: forms, booking, payments, CRM, analytics
  • Staging URL for stakeholder review before launch
Week 4

Launch

Migration without panic. Redirects mapped, monitoring on, tracking validated, team trained. The week your phone starts ringing.

Deliverables
  • DNS cutover with zero downtime
  • Old URL to new URL redirect map (no traffic loss)
  • Uptime, performance, and error monitoring active
  • Analytics validation against three real events
  • Operator training video plus written handoff document
After launch

We do not disappear after the cutover.

Continuous monitoring

Uptime checks, error tracking, weekly performance scans. Issues get caught before customers notice.
