The credibility problem.
Most marketing companies have terrible websites. We mean it. Open the top ten Kansas City agency sites and count how many feel like the kind of work you would want to hire. For Titan Group, the website is the first credibility test. If we cannot ship a corporate site that demonstrates the standard, we lose the deal before the first call.
