Chief Financial Officer
Joseph Lester
Joseph Lester is the Chief Financial Officer of Titan Group. Joseph leads the company’s financial strategy, capital management, and the fiscal infrastructure that allows a multi-brand operating company to scale without losing discipline. Every market entry, acquisition, and brand launch at Titan is underwritten and structured under his organization.
His remit covers the full financial stack: capital allocation across the Junk King portfolio and BugBros Pest Control, treasury and banking relationships, multi-entity accounting, unit-economic modeling, P&L governance for each market, tax and entity strategy, and the financial reporting cadence that keeps the operating team honest. He also leads diligence on new market opportunities and brand expansion.
Joseph’s background combines financial leadership with operator-side experience — a rare combination in service businesses. He has built finance functions inside growing companies where the books, the people, and the systems all had to mature at the same time. That experience shows up in how Titan runs: monthly closes that actually inform decisions, unit economics that field managers can read, and capital plans tied to operating reality rather than spreadsheet optimism.
His philosophy is sustainable growth. Service businesses are won and lost on cash discipline, margin protection, and the willingness to say no to growth that can’t be financed cleanly. Joseph’s job is to make sure Titan only takes the swings it can land — and lands them with margin.
