My focus is on preventing all incidents, from injuries to property damage. That starts with teamwork, clear communication, and accountability. I want every employee to feel comfortable speaking up when something doesn’t seem right and to know their concerns will be taken seriously.

My goal is to make safety part of every decision and every job, helping our teams deliver an exceptional customer experience while protecting one another and the property entrusted to us. As Titan grows, keeping our people safe will remain at the center of my work.
