Jamie Kostelac is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Titan Group, the Kansas City–based operating company that develops leaders and scales high-performing service brands across the country. Jamie sets the vision and strategic direction for the company, leading national expansion, capital and brand partnerships, and the leadership development culture that defines who Titan is.

Titan Group operates Junk King franchises across six markets — Kansas City, St. Louis, Chicago, Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, and Phoenix — and BugBros Pest Control in Kansas City. Under Jamie’s leadership, Titan has grown from a single-market franchise into a multi-brand operating platform built on disciplined execution, operator-led marketing, and a culture of accountability.

An entrepreneur and multi-unit operator, Jamie’s background is in building service businesses from the ground up — hiring crews, running routes, and learning the work before scaling the system. That operator perspective is the foundation of every brand decision Titan makes: hire for character, train for skill, promote from within. Jamie is also the public voice of the company, speaking on franchise operations, multi-market expansion, and leadership development on industry podcasts and panels.

His philosophy is simple: businesses scale at the speed of their leaders. Capital, marketing, and systems matter — but the people running the work decide whether a brand becomes elite or stays average. Titan exists to develop those people.
