Jamie Kostelac

Titan Group was founded on a simple conviction: the people running the work determine whether a company stays average or becomes elite. Jamie co-founded the company, leads it as CEO, and has made that belief the foundation of every decision Titan makes.

Under his leadership, Titan has grown from a single Junk King franchise into a multi-brand operating platform across six markets. He drives strategy, capital growth, and builds the proprietary technology that Titan’s franchises rely on every day to track performance, manage labor, and outperform the competition. The tools are built in-house, by the people running the business, for the people running the business. He also leads Titan’s marketing, keeping the brand sharp and the message consistent across every market the company operates.
