Aaron Farris

Aaron Farris is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Titan Group. Aaron architects the operational systems that power every Titan company — the frameworks, processes, and leadership pipelines that turn strategy into measurable execution across six markets and two service brands.

Where most operating companies treat operations as overhead, Aaron treats it as the product. Standardized route systems, KPI dashboards, labor trackers, daily route cards, training pipelines, and field SOPs are all built and maintained under his organization. The result is a multi-market Junk King operation that runs with the consistency of a single store and the scale of a portfolio — and a BugBros Pest Control launch that hit the ground with operating discipline from day one.

Aaron’s background is in field operations and multi-unit management. He has spent his career running crews, building managers, and reducing the distance between a company’s strategy deck and what actually happens on a truck at 7 a.m. on a Tuesday. That hands-on perspective shapes how he designs systems: simple enough that a new general manager can run them on day one, rigorous enough that a six-market portfolio can rely on them.

His philosophy is execution over inspiration. Vision matters, but measurable, repeatable execution is what compounds. Every Titan operator is developed inside the systems Aaron builds — and every system is built to develop the next operator.
