Titan Group operates six Junk King markets and two brands with the consistency of a single location. Aaron built that. He co-founded the company, serves as COO, and owns everything that keeps the operation running at the standard Titan holds itself to.

Route systems, KPI tracking, labor management, training pipelines, daily field standards. Every system was designed to close the gap between strategy and what actually happens on a job site at 7 a.m. Aaron came up through field operations and multi-unit management. He knows what breaks at scale and builds accordingly.
